Doing well

We have now had Connor one month. Time sure flies when you are busy! Connor is doing incredibly well! The doctor believes he was very well cared for at the SWI in China. We think so too! He is so much fun that we imagine the nannies had a very good time with him!

I am not real sure what all Doug has posted. I guess I could go back and read! Connor loves being outside and playing on the trampoline. We have a small pool in the basement that is filled with balls. He is sure crazy about that! He dives right in and then throws the balls out, laughing the entire time of coarse!! He loves his bike from Aunt Connie and Uncle Pete! Bath time is also a favorite. He would stay in the tub for hours.

We had spent a lot of time praying for a joyful child. That Connor would smoothly transition into our family, and also that he would be a good sleeper. That is important. Just let me say, God has been so faithful. We are so very thankful! Connor has done so well. He is just so happy! Yes, he is a great sleeper. He goes to bed about 9 and wakes about 8am. He naps from 1-4. Some days we have to wake him so he doesn't sleep too long. I love a good napper! We are so surprised that he does so well in the car seat. Once in a while we do have to bribe him a little. Smarties never hurt anybody!

Connor's birthday is in one week.

Thanks for the continued updates! I'm looking forward to hearing what he thinks of his birthday. Sounds like he has the kind of personality made for parties.

Great to hear about his sleeping. That makes such a big difference for everyone!
